The Transcentral Highway is more than just a bland stretch of 33-kilometer road. Along this highway that spans from Plaza Housing in Lahug to Brgy. Prenza in Balamban town are interesting destinations that offer relaxing view of the mountains and the cold atmosphere.

The bikers heaven and the TCH PHOTOGRAPHERS favorite spot every weekends. No wonder why more and more bikers, motorcycle enthusiasts visit TCH. Just See for yourself the red-cliff at the top view.

HOW TO GET THERE?
Exact location: Cantipla, Brgy. Tabunan, Cebu City – approx. 1 hour away from the city. It is located along the highway going to Balamban and just few meters from “21 Kilometers Coffee”.

BY VHIRE: From the Ayala Center Cebu PUV Terminal, take a v-hire going to Balamban. Tell the driver to drop you off at Red Cliff View Park in Cantipla. Van fare is around P120 per head (one-way).

MARMOL CLIFF | TUBURAN CEBU

MARMOL CLIFF, TUBURAN CEBU Tuburan Municipality, where Marmol is located, is in the northwestern side of Cebu Province, the Philippines. Marmol Cliff (Marble Cliff) is made up of two big rock formations that line the passageway of a river. It is shallow during sunny days, but when it rain, the water rises up to 20 feet. These stones are said to sparkle when the sun-rays hit the stones. HOW TO GET THERE? The journey to the Marmol Cliff starts at the Cebu North Bus Terminal. Just hop on a bus going to the town of Tuburan. Travel time to the town is around three hours depending on the traffic. After reaching the town, you can get a ride on a motorcycle for hire to take you to the place. If you are bringing your own vehicle, it is advisable to leave it in the town since it will be necessary to go through the river to get to the cliff. CHARLIE'S CUP   Charlie’s Cup is a perfect spot for a chill and relaxing view of nature for motorists and tourists taking the Transcentral Hi-way in Sitio Inaad.  It’s located along the main road, before the “ Welcome to Balamban “ sign. The cafe was actually named Charlie which is the fur baby of the owner. Charlie’s Cup is also designed with pets in mind. Kids also have their own small corner playground where they can play and mingle with other kids. Along the cliff-side of Balamban, Charlie’s Cup is a treehouse-like spot for many motorcycle riders and travelers who wants to grab a cup of best mountain brew paired with the best mountain view.
