BUWAKAN NI ALEJANDRA 

Spanning 700 square meters, Buwakan ni Alejandra hosts different and diverse species of flowers. With approximately 200 varieties, the attraction’s picturesque scenery is a definite relaxing getaway from the city. Reconnect to nature and rejuvenate your senses as you surround yourself with blooming flowers and growing buds.


The garden is conveniently located on the Cebu Transcentral Highway, an hour away from Cebu City proper. Accessible on the mountain road, expect a series of zigzags and ups and downs due to the location. It is also worth noting that the weather on the mountains can be very unpredictable – make sure that you’re ready to face the heating sun, or that you can brave a few cold drizzles. 


Eleuterio Gentap is the chairperson of the committee on tourism and is the landscaper of Buwakan ni Alejandra. There are more developments to follow in the flower garden which includes putting of tags on the different species of Flowers, building a gazebo and of course, expansion of the garden.

How to get there?
Exact location: Brgy. Gaas, Balamban, Cebu – few meters away from Adventure Cafe (30-45 min drive from JY square or Marco Polo via the scenic Transcentral highway).

PUBLIC: Take a V-hire from the Ayala Center Terminal going to Balamban via Transcentral highway route. Fare is P120 per person (one-way). Inform the driver to drop you off at Buwakan ni Alejandra.
PRIVATE: Parking space available. Just search for “Buwakan ni Alejandra” in Gaas Balamban via Waze or Google Maps. Buwakan ni Alejandra is just few meters away from Adventure Cafe.

MARMOL CLIFF, TUBURAN CEBU Tuburan Municipality, where Marmol is located, is in the northwestern side of Cebu Province, the Philippines. Marmol Cliff (Marble Cliff) is made up of two big rock formations that line the passageway of a river. It is shallow during sunny days, but when it rain, the water rises up to 20 feet. These stones are said to sparkle when the sun-rays hit the stones. HOW TO GET THERE? The journey to the Marmol Cliff starts at the Cebu North Bus Terminal. Just hop on a bus going to the town of Tuburan. Travel time to the town is around three hours depending on the traffic. After reaching the town, you can get a ride on a motorcycle for hire to take you to the place. If you are bringing your own vehicle, it is advisable to leave it in the town since it will be necessary to go through the river to get to the cliff. CHARLIE'S CUP   Charlie’s Cup is a perfect spot for a chill and relaxing view of nature for motorists and tourists taking the Transcentral Hi-way in Sitio Inaad.  It’s located along the main road, before the “ Welcome to Balamban “ sign.
